2. Our Services
Washing Spot provides full-service dog grooming, bathing services, and self-wash services.
Our grooming services may include bathing, haircuts, brushing and de-shedding, nail trimming, teeth cleaning, ear cleaning, and other grooming services depending on the dog’s needs and the service selected.
Self-wash appointments provide customers with access to professional wash stations and supplies for washing their own dogs.
Services, availability, and pricing may vary depending on the dog’s size, breed, coat type, coat condition, temperament, and the services requested. Additional charges may apply for certain grooming needs or additional services.
Current service information and pricing are available on our website and may be updated from time to time.
3. Appointments and Booking
Appointments are required for our grooming and bathing services. Self-wash services are also available by appointment only.
Customers may request an appointment through our website or by contacting Washing Spot directly.
Submitting an appointment request does not necessarily guarantee that an appointment has been confirmed. Washing Spot may contact you to confirm your requested appointment or to discuss availability, services, or other information before your appointment is finalized.

4. Service Pricing
Prices shown on the website are estimates and may vary depending on the individual needs of each dog.
For grooming and bathing services, pricing may vary based on factors including the dog’s size, coat type, coat condition, haircut, temperament, and additional time or services required.
Additional charges may apply for services such as de-matting, flea baths, specialty shampoos, de-skunking, and other additional grooming needs.
5. Self-Wash Appointments
Self-wash services are available by appointment only. Washing Spot does not accept walk-ins for self-wash.
Standard self-wash appointments are 45 minutes. Additional time may be available for an additional charge.
Customers are responsible for supervising and handling their dogs during self-wash appointments and for using the equipment and supplies provided by Washing Spot appropriately.
6. Late Pick-Up
A $25 late pick-up fee may apply to pets picked up after the salon’s closing time.
Customers are responsible for making arrangements to pick up their pets within the applicable business hours.
7. Customer and Pet Information
When booking an appointment or contacting Washing Spot, customers may be asked to provide information such as their name, phone number, email address, dog’s name, breed, age, weight, requested service, appointment date, and other information relevant to providing services.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and current information.
Customers should inform Washing Spot of any information that may be relevant to their dog’s care, including special needs or other circumstances that may affect the grooming or bathing service.
8. Website Use
The information provided on the Washing Spot website is intended to provide general information about our services, appointments, pricing, and business.
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current, but services, prices, availability, and other information may change without notice.

If you voluntarily provide your phone number and select an applicable SMS consent option on a Washing Spot form, you may receive text messages from Washing Spot at the phone number provided.

Marketing SMS consent is separate from consent to receive appointment-related or service-related messages.
Providing a phone number or submitting an appointment request does not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing text messages.
11. How to Opt Out of SMS
You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a text message from Washing Spot.
After receiving a STOP request, Washing Spot will send a confirmation message and will no longer send messages through that SMS program unless you opt in again.

13. Message Delivery
Washing Spot is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by circumstances outside of our control, including mobile carrier issues, network coverage, device problems, or other telecommunications services.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
